I decided to improve my health and started running. Then I got curious about why exercise was important and what it does to the body. I loved running and exercise. While I was completing my undergraduate degree, I realised I wanted to help other people discover their love for movement. I wanted others to feel how I felt, and it just snowballed from there.
In my free time I enjoy
Trail running, spending time with my son and dog, going out seeing bands and dancing with my friends, reading, and sometimes I dabble in painting. I am currently trying to teach myself to draw.
