Honestly, my partner inspired me to become an Exercise Physiologist. We worked in the same facility and overtime, I observed how he was able to help individuals move more freely without pain and I wanted to learn how to do that too. During my studies in 2017, I was fortunate enough to make it through my own rehabilitation journey and gained so much invaluable experience which I can now use to help empathise and connect with others going through their own recovery journey. I am fascinated with how the body and mind works and strive to learn something new every day for my own growth and development and to have the tools to help others.

In my free time I enjoy

Spending quality time and connecting with family, friends, myself, being in nature and being active whether it be through yoga, meditation, strength training or long walks. I also enjoy having the occasional drink out with friends and learning to make healthy food (because I’m not the best cook). My 3 year old keeps me busy outside of work and I’m constantly learning something new about parenthood and childhood development.
