Helping people achieve goals beyond their expected ability to ultimately give them the best quality of life was the reason why I became an Exercise Physiology. I was inspired to always push my limits when it came to sport and as I became older, I realised that health is something you will never regret putting in the effort toward enabling you to live a ‘better’, ‘healthier’ longer life. Knowing I can help a person be independent for longer, achieve personal goals, allow them to play with their kids/grandkids and watch their belief in what they can do grow is what continues to inspire me as an Exercise Physiologist.
In my free time I enjoy
Being active in any way possible particularly playing futsal and soccer, bouldering (indoor rock climbing), running, gym, Pilates, any form of working out really. I love living close to the beach as people seem to be more active for walks, coffee, or to reset the mind/body while looking at the ocean. Outside of being active, I love coffee, food and socialising with friends or visiting family and now hanging with my newly adopted dog.
