Initially, becoming an EP wasn’t my primary ambition; my sister, a Physiotherapist, served as a role model, although I couldn’t simply follow her exact footsteps. Yet, by chance, I found myself drawn to Exercise Physiology, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s a profession that aligns with my strengths and interests, allowing me to foster connections within the community, inspire positive behaviour change, and provide support to those around me. It also allows me to utilise my creativity and provides opportunities to challenge myself daily. As my passion in this field continues to flourish, I remain committed to lifelong learning and development.
In my free time I enjoy
Serene beach days, outdoor adventures, holidays, and tackling home DIY projects, to devoting a substantial portion of my income and time to my much-loved dog, Bruno. I also love acquiring new shoes and indulging in copious amounts of ice cream (though not always in that order).
