Bonjour,

I have been incredibly fortunate to learn, grow and develop my skills as an exercise physiologist in private practice, youth community mental health, complex mental health, aged care and within the work cover and CTP spheres.

My passion for exercise physiology is assisted through my own experiences with acute and chronic injuries and the normal and understandable mental health challenges that develop. I understand that we experience physical and mental difficulties in our own unique manner and require the ability to rehabilitate and acquire knowledge in our own way and in our own time. I know it is not easy and not fun when we cannot live our lives the way we wish to.

One of the most enjoyable aspects of my work is to help people with limited exercise and anatomy knowledge gain the ability and confidence to manage their physical health in a meaningful manner. The perfect exercise program does not exist, though the right exercise program exists for each person. We have ability to improve, no matter how difficult it may seem at first.

In my free time I enjoy

Our beliefs and knowledge adapt and grow. For me, in the past, avocado was awful, cats were terrible pets, NFL was a terrible sport, and my ankle was never going to get better. Now, I like guacamole, I have the two best cats in the world, Bizmark the dude and Remy Leon, I love NFL, and my ankle is now better than it has ever been. I want to help those around me believe that change can happen, though I do not expect you to love cats, avocado, NFL, or my ankle.
